- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The medical staff was courteous, competent, and helped us to feel at ease during a stressful time. Dr. Gilbert had a kind demeanor with knowledge and skill. The receptionists and office staff were not nearly as pleasant. In fact, they were cold and even rude/disrespectful at times. As thankful as I was for the excellent service that the doctor and his dental staff provided, I will not go back based on the service we received from the office staff.December 03, 2016by A Google User
